Blue Duck Tavern Special Event Spaces can host up to 20 guests for seated breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, and up to 25 guests for standing receptions. Please use the inquiry form via the button below or email saleswasph@hyatt.com. You may also booked Blue Duck Tavern's family-style Chef's Table directly online for 12 to 20 guests.

  • Chef's Table

    The Chef’s Table at Blue Duck Tavern offers an intimate semi-private dining experience for up to 20 guests. Whether gathering with friends and family, or hosting an intimate meeting, allow our culinary team to create a special three, four, or five-course menu, using the freshest seasonal ingredients from regional purveyors.

    Experience the art of luxury and private dining with delicious Family Style courses prepared in a series of individual casserole dishes and served with the option of an added wine pairing.

    Custom menu options and formats are available daily for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.

    Windsor Table

    The Windsor Table, tucked behind our wine cellar and bookshelves off of the main dining room, provides a semi-private ambiance for 10 to 12 guests and features handmade Windsor chairs from Thomas Moser. During the day, natural light pours through the space, lending well to showers and brunch or lunch events.

    We offer the same three, four, or five-course menu offerings here as at the Chef’s Table, and have availability for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.

  • Tea Cellar

    The Tea Cellar, located adjacent to Blue Duck Lounge, offers a semi-private alcove ideal for intimate dinners, cocktail receptions, and networking events. Mirroring the culinary reputation of the Michelin-starred Blue Duck Tavern, the Tea Cellar menu consistently represents the best of the season with regional ingredients sourced by the restaurant’s culinary team. Guests will dine within our Tea Cellar, which has the best-curated collection of tea in the United States; over 35 rare and limited-production, single-estate teas are showcased in glass humidors to feature our aged and vintage teas.

    This unique space can accommodate 10 guests for a seated dinner or up to 30 guests for a standing reception.
